Morgan Sindall lands £16m Exeter Uni scheme

Morgan Sindall has won a £16m contract to build a new student accommodation block for Exeter University.

The 487-bed accommodation spread over three to five storey buildings will be located on a former printworks site in Exeter acquired by Moorfield Group.

Work is due to be completed in May 2013.
