ISG scoops £14m Notting Hill student housing

ISG has won a £14m from the Blackstone Group to build a student residence in Notting Hill in London.

The scheme is to build a Nido branded accommodation block, which are new state of the art private sector student developments in Barcelona and London.

The 272-bed development will include a gym, lounge area and six individual work space units on the ground floor.

Work on the 89,294 sq ft building is due to start this month, and be completed by summer 2011.
