Carillion reorganises units

Carillion Business Services (CBS), which delivers a wide range of Facilities Management and Consultancy Services, is re-organising two of its business units.

The Consulting business (comprising TPS, Schal and Enviros) and the Government Services business (comprising Defence, Health and Education services) will merge with effect from July 1 to form Carillion Consulting and Government Services (CCGS).

Richard Sykes has been appointed as Managing Director of CCGS and will report to Don Kenny, Executive Director responsible for CBS.

CCGS, which will employ approximately 6,400 people and have annual revenue of approximately £700m per annum.
